Tick It Off Privacy Policy
General
Tick It Off (“the App”) is an app for iPhone and iPad available for download from the Apple App Store. The App is developed by Chris Ratcliffe (“the Developer”), trading as RW Apps.
Collection of Personal Data
Data entered into the App is stored locally on the user's device and synchronised with the user's other devices using Apple's iCloud functionality. This is done through the user's existing Apple ID and does not require any additional account registration or login. No data of any kind is transmitted to the Developer or to any third party. The App does not use any form of analytics or tracking and the Developer does not have access to any personal information relating to the App user, except as specified below.
User Contact
App users may optionally contact the Developer by tapping the “Send email” link in the Help section of the App. The Developer will receive an email including:
The user's email address
Any other personal information optionally provided by the user
The Developer will use this information to reply to the user. Any feedback or suggestions for improvement will be logged by the Developer and retained for future reference. All personal information relating to the user will be deleted after 30 days, or sooner if requested by the user.
Sensitive Information
The App optionally uses the user's location to set location alerts. Permission will be requested at the appropriate time. The App does not access the user's contacts, camera or photo library. In the event that future updates to the app affect this information, this policy will be amended accordingly and users will be notified via the release notes in the App Store. No additional notification will be provided.
Eat Five Privacy Policy

Eat Five ("the App") is an app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch available for download from the Apple App Store. Eat Five is developed by Chris Ratcliffe ("the Developer"), trading as RW Apps. The App is free to download and may be used as a free app in perpetuity. Users may optionally purchase the Food List using the in-app purchase functionality provided by Apple.

Users may revoke permission at any time using their device's Settings app. Photos used by the App are stored on the user's device and are not transmitted to the Developer or to any third party.
In-App Purchases
If a user purchases the Food List using the in-app purchase function, payment will be processed by Apple. No personal information will be shared with the Developer.
